2007 marks the 25th anniversary of Lamar Dunn & Associates, Inc. Lamar Dunn started the company in November 1982, with two employees. Back then, they didn’t have the luxuries of computers, cell phones or fax machines. Nor could they envision a time when they would transmit drawings instantaneously around the world. Today, LD&A employees more than 30 people and uses state-of-the art technology to design and implement unique solutions for its clients.
But it’s not just technology that Dunn credits for his 25 years of successful business. “I believe it’s our innovative thinking, along with the initiative to provide the services of a large business with the personal attention to detail of a small company,” said Dunn. “I also believe it’s key to be involved in the community and in professional organizations.”
With an innovative approach to business, the company is making its mark in East Tennessee and around the world.
